Dibble: 1968 Morris Minor Convertible Wedding Car in Kent

A Little About Dibble, Our 1968 Morris Minor Convertible

Dibble’s Story

Built at the Morris Motors works in Cowley in 1968, Dibble is finished in Old English White with a black interior and hood, and turns heads wherever he goes. After years as a wedding and show car, he was rescued by John Matthews in 2006 and painstakingly restored to the beautiful condition you see today.

Since then he’s been to Scotland and back, appeared in a Steve Coogan film and carried the Mayor and Lady Mayoress in the 2012 Margate Carnival. A charming, quirky alternative to the usual Rolls-Royce, he’s a real conversation starter and perfect for a quintessentially English wedding.

Dibble has comfortable seating for two in the back, with room for one more in the front.
