Do I have to pay a Deposit to Book? – Yes – to secure your booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit payment of £75 for each car, and £100 for each bus.

When do I have to pay the Balance? – Final balance payments are required to be made 30 days prior to your event date.

Can we get added protection by paying by credit card? – Yes, we are able to take credit card payment. We can accept the following cards: Debit MasterCard, Electron, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Amex

What area do you cover? – Our Wedding Cars and Wedding Buses cover the whole of Kent – please look at the description of each vehicle to see which areas it covers.

How much do you charge? – All of our cars are charged on fixed prices, and are available for all to see on the “Our Prices” page.  Our Retro Wedding Buses are quoted for based on the itinerary for each specific wedding.  Our quotes are fully inclusive, based on the itinerary agreed. There are NO hidden charges for hiring a retro bus on a bank holiday or for wedding hire.

Are your vehicles available all year round? – We can provide vehicles all year round, however have restricted availability from November to February inclusive – during these times not all vehicles are suitable for hire.

Do you supply a written quote? – Yes. Once we have agreed all the details of your hire, we will send you a no obligation quotation. Your booking will be confirmed in writing once we receive your non-returnable deposit.

Do you provide vehicles for school proms? – No. This service requires an Operators License, a Vehicle License and a Drivers License to comply with the Road Safety Act 2006. Anyone offering any vehicle to carry passengers unlicensed is uninsured and risks prosecution, impoundment of the vehicle or crushing of.

How many passengers can each vehicle carry? – Please refer to the description of each vehicle.

Do you provide champagne in the wedding cars? – No. We are not licensed with our Local Authority to provide alcohol. Any company providing alcohol must be licensed. Eating, drinking and smoking is not permitted in any vehicle

Can we play music – Due to their age our vehicles are not fitted with audio equipment.  However you are welcome to bring your own equipment and make your own selection of music on our Routemaster bus.

Do you provide child seats? – Sorry, but we do not allow child seats of any kind in any of our vehicles. Child seats may cause damage to the upholstery or indentations to the leather.
